I initiated my journey into Digital Asset Management with Semester at Sea. Throughout my career, efficiency, and organization have been paramount. Upon entering SAS, chaos awaited - assets dating back to 1963, hundreds of thousands of photos, numerous video clips, projects, slides, film, and an overwhelming amount of media.

Over time, I meticulously organized hard drives and media, transforming the chaos into a refined photo library housing over 80,000 tagged images, and skillfully utilizing the Google Image API. Managing over 25TBs of information in Dropbox with hundreds of thousands of assets, I structured a system where finding the right project for any department became seamless. It was a "labor of love," a task that might be deemed tedious, yet I loved the work.

Since then, I have built Brandfolders for Cisco Systems Security and Icario from scratch. My passion lies in creating media, and I revel in organizing data. As a creative, I understand firsthand how a well-organized DAM saves time and significantly contributes to generating profits.
